Description:
Full-day and half-day options are available at our day camp! Full-day is 9 am to 3 pm and half-day is 9 am to 11:30 am. For boys and girls ages 5 to 12, the camp provides a variety of games, arts and crafts, swim instruction and free swim, sports, and more. We offer an art curriculum with a weekly project. Tennis instruction will be offered the week of July 6th and soccer instruction will be offered the weeks of July 20th for no extra charge. After the morning sports instruction, campers will join their group for lunch. Swimming is provided each afternoon at the Pennington School. Campers receive a half hour of instruction and a half hour of free swim. Campers benefit from supervision by experienced adult counselors. Many counselors have been with us for years and return to provide the quality supervision that we require. Our junior counselors are Hun School students or have been a camper in the past. A cafeteria-style lunch and daily snack is provided. Sibling discounts are offered along with a camp referral program. Special activities such as Hun Olympics, Water Sports Day, and Red and Black Day are annual traditions at the camp. The highlight of the camp is the talent show, barbeque, and sleepover for campers the last night of the camp. The camp director is Bill Long, dean of students at The Hun School of Princeton.
