All students must enroll in one morning class. No prior knowledge of Italian is required. An optional afternoon studio art classes is available. All students will participate in a hands-on Friday cooking seminar. In this seminar, studetns will use local products to prepare a variety of traditional Italian dishes, and they will learn how food relates to the Italian lifestyle and culture. On the weekends, Aspire students will travel together on excursions to Rome and the Tuscan countryside.
