Sports Camps: Track and Field

Description:

The University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics has committed itself to the development of well-rounded track and field summer camp program. A Division One Fighting Illini Head Coach directs each session.

Our track and field campers receive a thorough knowledge in the area of their choice using training styles, conditioning methods and specific technique analysis. They will also learn methods of testing and evaluations for future development.

Sessions:

2009 Dates:
July 12 -- Speed, Strength, Skill Development

July 12-15 -- Instructional/Training Camp

Eligibility:
Speed, Strength, Skill Development -- Boys/Girls 14-18

Instructional/Training Camp -- Girls ages 12-18

Cost:
Speed, Strength, Skill Development -- $150* (If a girl is attending both camps - $75)

Instructional/Training Camp -- Resident: $400, Commuter: $300
