Description:

The University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics has committed itself to the development of a well-rounded cross country summer camp program. A Division One Fighting Illini Head Coach directs each session.

Each day features different scenery and emphasizes a different aspect of training. These sessions feature instruction in hill running, fartlek, interval running, racing tactics, etc. All participants are provided with individual instruction and program advising.

Dates: July 26-29 -- Instructional/Training Camp

Eligibility:
Instructional/Training Camp: Boys and Girls 12-18

Cost:
Instructional/Training Camp: Resident $375, Commuter $275.

Team Discount: Resident $345/member, Commuter $245/member. *Need a minimum of 5 (same school/ same gender).
